Welcome to zoro drop . These terms govern your use of the platform as a marketer (seller) who sells our products to your own customers. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.
How the platform works
- The platform lists products at a wholesale price (the platform price).
- You pick a product, set your selling price for your customer, and place the order with your customer's name and address.
- The platform stores, packs and delivers the order and collects the payment from the customer on delivery.
- Your profit = selling price − platform price − any discount you give the customer.
Registration and account
- You must be 18 or older and keep your details accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and API tokens secret, and for everything done through your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Orders and your customers
- You are responsible for your customer's details being correct and for their consent to receive the order and be contacted.
- We may call the customer to confirm the order before packing it.
- Fake or test orders, or orders for customers who did not actually ask for the product, are not allowed.
- We may cancel suspicious or incomplete orders, or orders whose customer cannot be reached.
Profit and wallet
- An order's profit is added to your wallet after it is delivered and the customer has paid.
- Cancelled, refused or returned orders earn no profit, and their delivery fee may be deducted from your balance, as set out in the Exchange & Return Policy.
- If an order is returned after its profit was credited, that profit is deducted from your balance.
Withdrawals
- Request a withdrawal from the wallet page and choose a payout method available in your country (such as e-wallets).
- Requests are reviewed and paid on working days, and the transfer receipt is attached to your account.
- You are responsible for the payout details you enter. We are not liable for transfers made to wrong details you provided.
- We may deduct any amount you owe from your balance before paying out.
Prices and stock
- Platform prices and stock may change at any time. The price that applies is the one when the order is placed.
- If a product runs out after you place an order, we will tell you so you can offer your customer an alternative or cancel.
Marketing and landing pages
- You may use product photos, descriptions and videos only to market products listed on the platform.
- False or misleading claims (medical or otherwise), fake prices, and trademarks you have no right to use are not allowed.
- You are responsible for your ads and landing pages and for their compliance with ad-platform policies and the law.
Integrations (API and stores)
If you connect your store (such as Shopify or WooCommerce) or use the API, use it reasonably without overloading our servers and keep your tokens secret. We may disable any token that is misused.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to pack and deliver orders on time, but we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit caused by delivery delays or temporary service interruptions. In any case our liability does not exceed the value of the order concerned.
Privacy
We handle your data and your customers' data under the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
