At zoro drop we respect your privacy and your customers' privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the platform as a marketer, and how we use and protect it.
Data we collect from you
- Account: name, email, phone number, country, and your password (stored hashed; we can't read it).
- Payout details: the withdrawal method and the wallet or account number you enter.
- Activity: orders, landing pages, profit and wallet movements.
- Integrations: your store's connection keys (such as Shopify or WooCommerce), kept only to run the sync.
- Technical: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.
Your customers' data
When you place an order, you give us your customer's name, phone and address. The same applies when a customer orders through your landing page. We use this data only to fulfil, deliver and collect the order. We don't market to your customers directly and never sell their data. You are responsible for obtaining it lawfully.
How we use data
- Running your account and fulfilling and delivering orders.
- Calculating profit and paying withdrawal requests.
- Support, and preventing fraud and fake orders.
- Sending account and order notifications, and improving the platform.
Who we share data with
- Delivery companies: the customer's name, phone, address and order value.
- Wallet and transfer providers: the payout details needed to pay your profit.
- Technical providers: hosting, email, messaging and the AI tools used for content generation, all bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities: when legally required.
We never sell data to anyone.
Cookies
We use cookies for sign-in, language, cart and analytics. You can disable them in your browser, but parts of the platform may not work without them.
Security
- We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited staff access.
- Keep your API tokens secret, and delete tokens you no longer use from the API tokens page.
Retention
We keep order and financial records for as long as accounting and legal requirements need. When an account is closed and its balance settled, its data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can view and edit your data from your profile page. To delete your account or stop marketing messages, contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time; the last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.
